DRYGOODS:
All Dry goods have a minimum 12 month warranty.
Stock levels of dry goods differ online from in-store so if something is out of stock online it might be available in-store.
Unfortunately large/bulky items such as Fish Tanks, and Aquascape rocks cannot be shipped.
All goods are sold as new.
LIVESTOCK (Fish/Plants):
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not ship Livestock.
I am confident all livestock purchased are leaving my shop healthy and having been provided adequate care.
However, in the unlikely event you experience issues with your new purchase, I am happy to guarantee the continuing health of your purchase for 7 days from purchase, providing your environment is suitable and appropriate.
Claims against our refund policy requires you to bring in a water sample (minimum 200ml) for testing, along with your proof of purchase, and evidence (either photo or physical) of the death, within the 7 day timeframe.
I cannot be held responsible for Livestock kept in the wrong conditions causing death, once it last left my care.
Please choose carefully - if you are unsure please ask before you purchase.
Incompatible fish can be returned - please email or ring the shop first.
Most cases I can take in unwanted plants or fish so please ring the shop if you are no longer able to look after them.
Livestock is available Only from shop 1/1118 Oxley Road, Oxley, 4075.
If you have had livestock die or something is not looking right, I am happy to offer free water testing. Please bring in a 200ml sample of your Aquarium / pond water and I can test for NH3/NO2/NO3 and pH to find a possible cause.
I can also offer treatments for common fungus / Protozoan infections.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER:
I am not required to give a refund / replace a product if you:
- Change your mind.
- If the product is misused in a way that contributed to the problem.
- If you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business, or where unclear about what you wanted.
- A problem with a service was completely outside of the business's control.

I pack all online orders myself and mistakes can (infrequently!) occur. If you are missing Items or have any issues, please let me know and I will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.
